Donald Trump has just arrived back from a VERY successful trip to France. On this trip, in traditional Trump fashion, he complimented, out of respect, the wife of the French President, Emmanuel Macron.
Of course the left wing media jumped on this and went absolutely crazy attacking him for being polite?
All he did was speak to Bridgette Macron and say that she was in great shape and beautiful. Do you see the harm in that? Incase you missed it, here is the video from BBC News:
I’ll admit that it did seem a little uncomfortable when he said it, but there was definitely no attack or anyone at fault? The President of France was with his wife at the time, so there was nothing sexual about it.
You would think that the story ends there… Oh no. Reebok, the sporting firm, decided to jump on this bandwagon and tweeted out this:
In case you were wondering when it IS appropriate to say, "You're in such good shape…beautiful,"… THIS: pic.twitter.com/Z1cnnRD8Ut

Despite the compliment situation being a little awkward, haven’t we all been in awkward situations, many people jumped to Trumps defence pointing at past promotions of Reebok where women are grossly sexualised and used as objects to sell their products.

This person pointed out that Reebok sure does use a lot of sexualising of women to sell sneakers and it is nothing but blatant hypocrisy so get so preachy.

There is another example of Reebok and its obvious lies. The general public was quick to put Rebook back in its place.
It kind of seems like Rebook was trying to make Trump look misogynistic, a favorite tactic of the political left and Democrats. But it backfired horrifically as thousands of people decided to stop buying Reebok and threw their merch away.
I think, as a note to companies, before you attack someone for doing nothing wrong, make sure you are not A HUGE HYPOCRITE. Just a little piece of advice.
Please share this everywhere so we can get an apology from Reebok to our Commander and Chief, Trump.
